  5. You take Pre Anaesthesia Clearance (PAC)
  6. You go to Doctor with PAC for date/time of surgery
  7. Hospital Department head signs OPD paper if surgery date/time more than a month ahead
  8. You then can be referred to Private Hospital
  9. You take OPD paper and Residency ID to Delhi Arogya Kosh DAK Official between 9:00 to 16:00 only
  10. DAK Official authorizes You

At Private Hospital

  1. You Select the Private Hospital
  2. You go to its DAK reception with authorization
  3. You get admitted to economic ward and operated within 14 days
  4. You get discharge, medicines and sign receipt of free services
  5. You get bill which is paid by Delhi government
  6. You get One month free consultations after surgery
